The bear necessities!

When cycling:

  • 1 bike
  • 1 pair of padded cycling shorts
  • 1 lycra cycling top
  • 1 pair of socks
  • 1 pair cycling gloves
  • 1 pair of sunglasses
  • 1 bike helmet
  • 1 pair of cycling shoes
  • 1 first aid kit
  • 1 light tool kit
  • 2 litres of water
  • 1 set of panniers
  • assorted maps (approx 5)
  • When not cycling:

  • 1 pair casual trousers
  • 1 t-shirt
  • 1 pair of socks
  • 1 jumper
  • 1 toothbrush
  • 1 micro towel
  • 1 mobile phone
  • 1 wallet
  • These are the essentials each team member may have different kit. It is important to remember, “travel right, travel light!”.
